Bio:

As a professional my background is rich and diverse.

Having a degree in Psychology and with the idealistic view that we can change the world I worked at the Non-Governmental Organisations and Civil Society sector. The experience and learnings from those five years were ground-breaking for me.

I was managing and coordinating projects both at local and EU level. I was providing counselling and educational services (trainings/workshops/presentations). I was also involved in awareness raising campaigns, networking, advocacy and lobbying with key stakeholders including politicians, MPs and MEPs, decision makers, media representatives and other local, European and International organisations.

Due to financial crisis and in search of further personal and professional development I joined the corporate world.

I studied MBA (HRM) and joined the Morgan & Morgan Group obtaining five and half years of invaluable experience in the corporate sector, providing fiduciary and company management and administration services.

Coaching was always part of my life and and the last five years I was actively coaching and mentoring on issues concerning life challenges, relationships, personal development, job performance and management, effective communication and teamworking, company restructuring and organisational culture.

I have obtained two diplomas; the Diploma for Professional Life Coach (International Coach Federation (ICF)) and the Diploma for Professional Coaches and Mentors (European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC)) and have been awarded by the EMCC with the European Individual Accreditation at a Practitioner level.

In 2018 I have founded the “Edengard” – Empowerment and Personal Development Center to empower, to facilitate change and transformation, assist individuals and organisations to reach their highest potential and fulfil their purpose.

My aspiration is transcendence for myself, for individuals, for leaders and organisations.
