Bio:
Rossella is a co-founder of EMCC Italy and a passionate advocate for mentoring in organisations, schools, and local communities.
Before immersing herself full time in the world of mentoring and coaching, Rossella was an organisational development expert and project manager with over two decades of experience in leading companies.
Over the years, Rossella has fervently advocated for mentors to receive adequate training,
achieving professional recognition akin to coaches.
She co-founded MentorLab, which not only
brings structure and skills for creating and managing internal mentoring schemes in line with the ISMCP, but also developed two specialised training programmes for certified mentors, duly
accredited by EMCC Global.
The MentorLab team, extensively engaged in researching mentoring and developing tools, is
featured in a publication series called Professional Mentors, available in Italian.
Specifically, Rossella has created the M-Cubed Model [M³M], which uniquely focuses on techniques that set mentoring apart from other methodologies. She exemplifies this model while mentoring and
supervising fellow mentors.
Rossella holds the EMCC Global Supervision Individual Accreditation (ESIA) and strongly believes
that effective mentoring goes beyond sharing expertise – it’s about bringing your authentic self to
the relationship, creating a lasting impact, and being a true gift in the lives of others.
In 2023, Rossella was honoured with the prestigious EMCC Global Mentoring Award.
