I believe everyone has a choice to lead a purpose-led life with ease. My work is about helping individuals disrupt their current thinking, get clarity and find ways to sustain their energy to effect personal, corporate and community success.

I have worked with executives from 35 countries and practising cultural gracefulness. I am passionate about developing people and our profession, was one of the pioneering coach trainers in the Chinese speaking community at International Coach Academy, first Asian faculty for training of Coach Supervisors at Coach Supervision Academy.

Currently, volunteering with EMCC Global Accreditation and Supervision Workgroup and Association of Coaching Supervisors as their APAC representative and D&I Voice.

Awarded with the EMCC Global Supervision Award in 2020.
