Alison Mitchell is a Consultant, Executive Coach and entrepreneurial business leader, with international expertise in capacity building through organisational change and leadership development. Alison was Director of Inclusive Development at University of Lincoln leading on the development innovative resources for systemic change and leadership in Inclusion, Equality and Diversity across sectors. She is EMCC Global Head of Research Development building research and practice partnerships to strengthen the evidence based coaching mentoring and supervision globally.

She holds professional qualifications in management and executive coaching and enjoys developing leaders, individuals and teams, encouraging a systems approach to cultural change. Throughout her career, Alison has worked at senior level with a wide spectrum of education, business and government agencies, maintaining a strong commitment to enhancing opportunities for all in education, research, science and innovation. Alison is a global expert in institutional capacity building to realise the potential of researchers for research, economic and social impact around the world, engaging with a wide spectrum of HE sector, business and government agencies, leading change at institutional, national and international levels.
