Alison Mitchell is a Consultant, Executive Coach and entrepreneurial business leader, with international expertise in capacity building through organisational change and leadership development. Alison was Director of Inclusive Development at University of Lincoln leading on the development innovative resources for systemic change and leadership in Inclusion, Equality and Diversity across sectors. She is EMCC Global Head of Research Development building research and practice partnerships to strengthen the evidence based coaching mentoring and supervision globally.

She holds professional qualifications in management and executive coaching and enjoys developing leaders, individuals and teams, encouraging a systems approach to cultural change.
