I love mysteries and whodunits and I have been in the pursuit of solving the mystery of mind for most of my life. Human behaviour and all its follies is a subject that has kept me enthralled.

It is no wonder that with my fascination for human behaviour, I chose Human Resources as my profession. The challenges that this field presents have kept me on my toes and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I've had an unconventional career, switching between working with large multinational corporates to being an entrepreneur and these experiences have enriched me significantly. The central theme and focus of my work has always been HR and within that on the strategic HR agenda, setting up of the HR frameworks and processes, talent management, leadership development, learning, engagement and diversity and inclusion.

Currently, I work with individuals and organisations on developing their leadership capabilities, supporting them through transitions, helping them engage their people and create an inclusive work environment. I work across a variety of industries such as BFSI, Technology, Oil & Gas, Public Sector Enterprises, Pharma, Professional Services, Retail, FMCG and of course Start-ups. I am also empaneled with Korn Ferry as an external partner for leadership assessment and executive coaching and have engaged with a large number of senior business leaders to enable them in their development journey.

In the past, I have led talent management, leadership development, engagement, Inclusion and Diversity for large global organisations and supported them in building and engaging talent for business growth.
