Since 2001, Tammy has worked with corporate and federal government decision makers and their teams around the world, introducing systemically impactful concepts, universal frameworks, models and techniques to ignite learning and evolution.

She has authored over 25 articles and textbooks on coaching, supervision and team coaching. She has coached over 100 teams and groups, trained, mentored and supervised internal coaches, team coaches, leaders and HR professionals.
