Dr Sandra Wilson founded Insightful Journey following a successful career in organisational development, coaching, mentoring, supervision and coach education.
Sandra has over 35 years’ experience in working with individuals, teams and organisations to bring about transformational change.
Sandra describes herself as an enthusiastic researcher of human behaviour and defines her offer as “helping
people get out of their own way”. Her motivation for focussing on bringing Insightful Journey to life is multi-faceted, steeped in the belief that human beings have
untapped resources and limitless potential. Sandra’s desire is to help people live richer, fuller live both personally and professionally.
Sandra holds the EMCC Global Master Practitioner accreditation in Coaching; Mentoring and Supervision as well as Senior Practitioner accreditation in Team Coaching.
She also holds Master Certified Coach Status with
the International Coach Federation. Sandra has a professional doctorate in coaching psychology. She is a Teaching & Supervising Transactional Analyst (Organisational) and has been internationally accredited to teach and supervise others in the organisational application of Transactional Analysis (TA).
Sandra’s research includes “The Power and Influence of the Coach’s Unconscious Mind on the Coaching Process”; The Impact on Professional Relationships of Working
on a Digital Platform” and “The Global Pandemic – The New Organisational Landscape”.
In partnership with Dr Radomira Gilarova, Sandra recently conducted research into “Perceptions of Supervision” in cooperations with EMCC Global.
Sandra is a published author and has contributed to a chapter to the EMCC book – “Coaching Supervision – Advancing Practice, Changing Landscapes”.
