With nearly three decades of international experience in developing people and organizations, Radomira began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers before transitioning into private practice.
In 2009, she expanded her expertise into individual and team coaching, mentoring, and later, the supervision of coaches. She also delivers EQA-accredited training courses for supervisors and mentors. She holds a PhD in Social and Organisational Psychology from Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic (2003).
Her mission is to develop humanity in the workplace, fuelled by a vision where people unlock their full potential and collaboratively build better lives for themselves and their communities. Guided by a deep commitment to curiosity, compassion, creativity, humour, and dedication, she strives to elevate every interaction and foster an environment where these values thrive.
Radomira received her professional EMCC Global Accreditation as an EIA Master Practitioner (2020), followed by ESIA accreditation for Supervision (2021).
She is passionate about delivering and promoting supervision in the region, where it is still relatively new.
She believes in the power of co-creating a “safe and stimulating space of equal partners” and is curious about enhancing approaches to supervision to suit the evolving world of coaching and mentoring.
In partnership with Dr Sandra Wilson, she recently conducted research into “Perceptions of Supervision” in cooperation with EMCC Global.
Radomira is an active member of EMCC Czechia & Slovakia. From 2018 to 2024, she served as the President. She continues her activities as a volunteer, contributing locally and globally to various groups and committees.
