Paul is a coach and team coach, MCC accredited with EMCC Global and AC.

He has written seven books on leadership, coaching, and team coaching, including The Wise Leader, The Wise Team
Coach & the Team Leader Instruction Manual (TLIM).

He has over 5,000 coaching hours and runs the Oxford Brookes University coach supervision program across Australia and South-East Asia.

Before moving into coaching, Paul enjoyed a 15 year corporate career performing leadership roles in the UK, Australia, Spain, Portugal & Japan.
