I have spent a varied career working with, and on, boards. My professional background is based in strategy, marketing and communication. Now an accredited executive coach and seasoned trainer I work with boards, owners and leaders to help them define success for themselves and their organisations. And then achieve it.

In 2023, I founded Big Thinking Space with my business partner, Lucy Daykin. This is an exciting global venture to bring coaching and coaching skills to a wider audience.
