Michelle is Co-country Director, China & Hong Kong, Mindfulness leadership faciltiator for Potential Project and Chinese lead leadership coach & facilitator for Transcend.

She is an EMCC Global Accredited Senior Practitioner EIA Mentor and Coach, EMCC Global ITCA Team Coaching Senior Practitioner, EMCC Global Coaching Supervisor, and ICF PCC.

Michelle started her career in high tech industry and became a regional engineering director, winning, at the age of 26, the “Hong Kong Governor Industrial Invention Award”. Michelle’s second ten-year career was with an award-winning global consulting and talent management firm. She and her team won Top 3 individual & team performance award in Asia Pacific 8 times in her ten years career there. She became their head of technology practice in Asia Pacific and managing director of the HK office.

For the third ten-years of her career, Michelle has devoted herself to developing people. As one of the top executive coaches and team coaches in the region, Michelle had heavily involved supporting her clients’ leadership team and organisational development. She is able to integrate mindfulness into her coaching and facilitation work where appropriate, coaching with exceptional presence. Michelle grows up to become a creative and versatile professional in developing and executing high successful strategies for her clients in organisational and collective leadership development.

Michelle speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese. She has a passionate interest in mathematics and philosophy. She enjoys reading, cooking, gardening and developing people.
