With a degree in biotechnology / engineering and from 15 years in challenging global roles I have first-hand knowledge of the pressures facing organisations and how to deliver sustainable change. I am comfortable from the shop floor to the top floor.

I have the privilege of leading our management consulting practice where we help clients with strategic change, projects and programmes, procurement and supply chain transformation and digitisation. I am passionate about innovation, mindset shift and creating true transitions to a more environmentally sustainable and socially just future. I also lead our sustainability and impact team.
