Mark is an accredited executive and team coach and mediator and managing Director of Balanced Curve.

Mark has sat on the advisory Board for the Mediation Training Institute at Eckerd College (USA) and regularly act as a mediator for the Office of the Franchising Mediation
Advisor.

Mark started his life as a lawyer at a large Australian law firm before spending over 10 years in various senior management roles at Caltex Australia.

Mark is the author of Mastering Hard Conversations.
