Julie founded Qoligenic to help people learn, grow, change and behave in ways that promote their well-being. She has dedicated her career to supporting others with the transitions they face and understands the struggles and triumphs of creating positive change. Julie fuses the evidence-based tools and techniques of well-being science, with strict adherence to ethical guidelines, to bring a rich mosaic of expertise and enterprise to her practice.

She has led major organisational transition and change programs for over twenty-five years as a leader, partner, consultant, educator and entrepreneur. Her curiosity and thirst for knowledge encompasses studies spanning from the south of France to Harvard Business School. She has chaired a national bi-partite Board and received several scholarships and awards, including ‘Values in Action’ and ‘Best Client Satisfaction’.
