In my role as CEO, I have been managing multicultural teams in Central and Eastern Europe and globally for 25 years. I am glad that I can now work with great leaders as an executive coach and help them develop their leadership competences. Working with leaders of technical professions (engineers, IT managers) gives me especially lot of satisfaction. I support them in becoming stronger, more capable and more adaptable.
