Esther Zirbel PhD is a first-generation high school graduate who earned five degrees, including an award-winning PhD in astrophysics from Yale.

As a professor, when inspiring students in the wonders of the universe, she developed a passion for teaching and learning.

To leave a more significant impact here on Earth, she first transitioned to teacher training and then to coaching professors. She founded Padme Learning, a nonprofit named after the lotus flower, dedicated to helping individuals grow and thrive both personally and professionally. Her innovative work integrating coaching and mentoring into the classroom, along with developing alternative pedagogy frameworks, has earned her international recognition and awards.
