Kasia a Lecturer in Occupational Psychology, Chartered Psychologist (British Psychological Society), Coaching Psychologist, Chartered Scientist (The Science Council) and Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

She joined the School of Psychology and Vision Sciences (SoPVS) at University of Leicester in January 2020 and is the Course Director of MSc Coaching Psychology and MSc Psychology of Coaching, and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Co-Lead for SoPVS.

Kasia achieved her BSc Psychology (hons) and MSc Occupational Psychology at University of Worcester and then completed her PhD in 2015, for which she undertook a case study of the career success of male employees in two public-sector, female-dominated occupations.
