Dayna is an EMCC Global Master Accredited Coach and Organisational Development consultant.

She has a deep understanding of the psychology of learning with an extensive portfolio of designing and delivering training programmes across a wide range of development needs. Her ability to evaluate needs, understand dependencies and architect innovative solutions are key transferable skills.

Dayna is a long standing member of EMCC's Global Accreditation team, assisting organisations achieve coaching and mentoring programme accreditation (ISMCP) in her capacity as assessor, verifier, and Chair.

She was also Chairperson of EMCC Ireland from 2018 to 2021, helping them grow membership by over 300% during her tenure.

Dayna founded Distinctions Consulting in 2011, having achieved success in the Financial Services sector, where she led a team to build and sell a multi-million euro business. Distinctions provide organisational and leadership development solutions to some of Ireland's largest, most complex organisations including An Garda Síochána, Defense Forces, Endress Hauser, ESB, and Revenue Commissioners to name but a few.
