Craig is convinced that a leader's primary function is to create the conditions for genuine success and well-being. This includes awareness where they and their organisations, teams and individuals can transform and become increasingly successful.

The last 8 years have been focused on developing leaders and increasing my capacity to facilitate transformational growth in others and through others. Growth that gets results. I am passionate about developing excellent leaders and coaches who are better than me and this has the evidence of profound involvement in the design and development of an internationally accredited transformational coach training program, becoming a certified Coaching Supervisor and a Master Emotional Intelligence Trainer.

In the last 5 years I have enjoyed a return to organisational leadership through volunteering in professional and sporting organisations where my 25 years of board leadership experience has rekindled my love of developing organisations that are focused and effective in fulfilling their purpose and vision.
