Ann has worked in and with clients from, organisations in the private, public and NFP sectors including aviation, IT, transport, regulation, health, tertiary education, membership, and professional services in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Ann is an EMCC Global Master Practitioner Mentor, Coach and Supervisor, with a background in human resources, operational and change management. She is also a coach trainer for the Graduate Certificate of Organisational Coaching at Swinburne University of Technology.

She is a mentor and supervisor for organisational and individual coaches. Ann delights in supporting coaches deepen their learning, practice and coaching presence. She is known for her compassion and candour, providing astute feedback which challenges and expands how they coach. She is a certified Narrative Coach which informs her approach to coaching, coach mentoring and supervision.
