Federica SETTI is an organizational and personnel development consultant, Executive Coach and teacher in managerial training and coaching training courses.

Graduated in Political Science, she completed her training with a Master in Business Administration at LUISS and with a Master in Executive and Business Coaching at SCOA.

She currently works as a development consultant supporting Managers and companies in change and growth paths, creating and coordinating interventions as an Executive Coach, assessor, trainer and teacher in training courses on Soft Skills and Managerial skills.
