Auriel Majumdar is a Creative Coach, Supervisor, Consultant and Educator with more than 25 years experience as a leader, strategist and change maker.

Auriel specialises in leadership, team and personal development in the creative and cultural sector. Denise Whitworth

Dr. Chandana Sanyal

Holly is an Associate Professor in Coaching and Behavioural Change and the Programme Director for the MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change, Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching and Professional Certificate in Team and Systemic Coaching.

She joined Henley Business School in 2022 and has worked as an academic since 2007, having previously been Head of the Department of Management and Finance at Worcester Business School.

Dr. Riza Kadilar

Dr Riza Kadilar is the EMCC Global President. He has provided executive coaching to a large number of executives in the Turkish business environment, delivered on many coaching programmes, and has advised on the setting of up of mentoring programmes for various leading institutions.

Riza is also an assessor/verifier for European Commission Executive Office for SMEs, and head of TechMentoring Institute at European Leadership University. He is a scientific committee member at Institut du Bosphore (Paris), and a trustee and board member at Hisar Education Foundation (Istanbul).

Riza regularly speaks at international conferences and is the author of five published books in Turkish, and columnist at Bloomberg Businessweek Turkey.

Dr. Kadilar contributes to the democratization of learning & development with his online platform (RK Academy) and also with his EMCC Global Quality Award recipient online micro credential course (MOOC) on coaching and mentoring. Dr. Kadilar’s current focus area is the effective use of executive coaching and mentoring for inclusive leadership development.

He is an investor in technology startups, and provides business development and financial advisory services through his company K Ventures. Alumni of Stanford University, HEC Paris, METU, and INSEAD, Dr. Riza Kadilar has a PhD in media economics. His professional career includes senior level bank management for almost thirty years in France, UK, Netherlands and Turkey. I am the owner of Inside-Out Coaching, a passionate supervisor, a curious writer, a BEd (Hons) teacher and fine artist. I have a passion for people from all walks of life, a scarily accurate intuition, a talent for finding inner sparks and unlocking hidden potential.

I work with empathy, compassion and humour, but know exactly when to challenge and motivate beyond stumbling blocks to success. Born and raised in England, I now live in Switzerland with my family and love having two homes and cultures. In addition to English, am fluent in both Swiss- and High German.

Haesun Moon, Ph.D.

Executive Director

Dr. Haesun Moon is a Communication Scientist, Adult Educator, and Researcher. She is the Executive Director at the Canadian Centre for Brief Coaching in Toronto and holds a Ph.D. in Adult Education and Community Development from the University of Toronto.

Dr. Moon has made significant contributions in the areas in Evidence-Based Coaching, Dialogic Organisational Development, and Heutagogical Approach to Education. She's an esteemed instructor at both the University of Toronto, and the Institute of Coaching affiliated with Harvard Medical School.

Heng Teng Teng

Coach

Teng Teng started GROW in 2010 with the purpose to develop people to be more resourceful in responding to changes, doing their best work with joy. She has worked with organisations in Asia, Europe and North America. Her credentials and certifications include Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Adult Maturity Developmental Coaching, Enneagram of Personality. Teng Teng holds a Masters of Human Development & Education from the George Washington University.

As an EMCC Global Senior Practitioner and ICF PCC certified coach with 2,000 coaching hours, Teng Teng’s work is informed by a range of perspectives from the social and business sciences including the adult maturity development framework and neuroscience. She has the privilege to coach leaders ranging from MDs, GMs, SVPs to Region Heads from various Fortune 500 companies, government statutory boards to support them in their inner mental shifts to navigate the business challenges and demands.

I started my career as a Pharmaceutical Engineer, leading a team to producing life-saving asthma drugs, transiting to several successful sales role building multimillion businesses, and finally to an organizational psychologist and entrepreneur.

I know firsthand the challenges of seeking purpose and meaning in one's career, and I am here to help you navigate those challenges.

My area of focus are sales coaching, innovation coaching and mentoring pre-seed startups to 7 figures investment through building revenue.

In 2023, I was appointed as an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship & Social Innovation at the UNITAR International University, Malaysia.

Jennifer Britton

Founder and CEO

Coach, author and thought leader in the area of group and team coaching, Jennifer has also been an advocate for team performance for several decades. Since the early 1990s she’s led teams and programming virtually, first in the international humanitarian sector leading teams for the UN, and later through her company, Potentials Realized, an award-winning coaching skills training company.

Virtual, remote and hybrid work is the focus of her recent TEDx talk, and her latest book series, "Reconnecting Workspaces: Pathways to Thrive in the Virtual, Remote and Hybrid World".

As a long time coach educator, Jennifer is fascinated by the diverse approaches and strengths coaches activate in service to their clients. This led her to develop the Team and Group Coaching Superpower Quiz in 2022. It has now become the basis of an ICF-CCE approved training program - ACTIVATE Your Group and Team Coaching Superpowers.

Jennifer Fickeler, Ph.D., PCC is the Vice President of the Coaching Center of Excellence for EZRA Coaching and is a trained organizational psychologist.

Jennifer partners with organizations on their linkage of coaching to their overall business strategy and global implementation of coaching initiatives. She is also responsible for providing engaging mentoring, supervision, and professional development for our coaches and leads EZRA’s strategy on accredited coach education through EZRA Academy.

Jennifer has designed, implemented, and led best-in-class coaching, leadership, mentoring, change management, career development, employee and customer engagement, and training programs for numerous large, global companies. Jo Cawley

A Leadership & Executive Development Partner, Executive Coach, Coach Educator and Project Manager with 20 years experience and a passion for unlocking the potential in others. Jo has a BA(Hons)degree in Training and Education and an MSc in Personal and Management Coaching.

Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and an EMCC Global Accredited Coach at Senior Practitioner Level, Jo provides Coaching for Directors, Senior Directors, Vice Presidents and Senior Vice presidents. Jo is an experienced facilitator and uses psychometric tools such as Roche Martin Emotional Capital 360, Insights Discovery and in house competency based assessments.

Jo is certified with the British Psychological Society to use a variety of tools when providing coaching to others. Jo communicates cross-culturally within a matrix global environment at all levels and has worked extensively within Clinical Research since 2014.

Currently tasked with the management of Leadership and Executive Development Programmes, Jo provides continuous professional development opportunities and solutions for a variety of roles to enable employees to successfully continue their development journey. Current achievements include the recent training needs assessment, design and project management of an EMCC accredited in house coaching practitioner programme for Director & Senior Directors.

Jo has recently completed her coaching supervision accreditation with Oxford Brookes Business School in the UK so she can support other accredited coaches develop their coaching skills within the business.

Jon Keen

Co-founder of Wild Rites, Jon’s practice is rooted firmly in nature and psychosynthesis. His unique coaching model Soulmaking In Nature is itself a blend of his practice and designed for clients to both discover and interact with their psyche in the mirror of nature.

Jon, who is based in the UK, has worked with a range of corporate clients, from technically competent executives going through transition within their business and needing interpersonal assistance, to executives going through anxiety. He also supports individuals as a transformational coach and as a soul guide, providing a safe, honest open space in which the revelations of the Self can emerge.

The onward impact of Jon’s work has been transformational – as well as sharing his learning and teaching at conferences, he also shares methodology with peer coaches and mentors through Wild Rites’ Blessing Mirror guide training.
