This session describes the different layers of the transformational impact of bringing coaching, mentoring, and supervision into a public service organisation in Singapore.

We will discuss the three layers of transformation. This session will involve an interview with a fellow practitioner, Heng Teng Teng, and a space for participants to reflect on their practice.

We hope this session will encourage curious interest in collectively elevating consciousness to create a more open-hearted and connected society.
