At this year's GPS Summit, join Dr. Riza Kadilar, EMCC Global President, for an interactive and dialogue-centric session on inclusivity in leadership and coaching. This collaborative exploration will invite participants to share their experiences, challenges, and insights, creating a rich tapestry of perspectives on fostering inclusive environments.

Dr. Kadilar will open the session by posing thought-provoking questions about the nature of inclusion in our diverse world, encouraging attendees to reflect on their own experiences and practices. Rather than a traditional presentation, this session will unfold as a facilitated conversation, with Dr. Kadilar guiding the dialogue and weaving together the collective wisdom of the group.

Participants will be invited to discuss in small groups and then share with the larger audience their thoughts on questions such as:

What does true inclusion look like in coaching and leadership?

How have you successfully navigated cultural differences in your practice?

What challenges have you faced in promoting inclusivity, and how did you address them?

Throughout the session, Dr. Kadilar will introduce key concepts like ""connected leadership"" and share brief insights from EMCC Global's work on inclusivity, using these as springboards for further discussion.

The focus will remain on participant engagement, with Dr. Kadilar facilitating the exchange of ideas and experiences.

The session will include interactive elements such as live polling and collaborative problem-solving exercises, ensuring that every voice has the opportunity to be heard. Attendees will be encouraged to challenge assumptions, share best practices, and collectively explore innovative approaches to fostering inclusion in diverse professional settings.

By the end of this dynamic dialogue, participants will have co-created a rich repository of insights and practical strategies for promoting inclusivity in their coaching and leadership roles. They will leave not only with new ideas and perspectives but also with a strengthened network of peers committed to fostering more inclusive professional environments.

Join us for this unique opportunity to engage in meaningful dialogue and collaborative learning, as we work together to shape the future of inclusive leadership and coaching practices.
