Feedback: Friend or Foe
Feedback is becoming a regular component of our leader’s lives. In many organizations it’s built in to the culture and leaders are expected to excel at it.
Effective feedback requires the giver to do a number of things well. The feedback has to be heard and be actionable. Frequently feedback is oriented around the givers schedule and agenda. Good feedback requires intention, design and timing.
In this session we will share how we work with leaders to have them excel at feedback and contribute to the organization’s culture.
