How can we embrace the views, opinions, and experiences of others in our decision-making? It’s not just about acknowledging our similarities and differences; how do we truly build in and encourage new viewpoints?

Join Rachael, Hannah, Sarah, and Alison as they explore research and practice in diversity, equality, and inclusion. They will encourage you to share your own innovations and ideas, starting with three important areas:

1) Taking an opportunity to view team coaching, mentoring and coaching practice through the lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion

2) How can we proactively work with difference by applying social and emotional intelligence to our practice

3) What role can we play as coaches and mentors in raising awareness and in stimulating action by our clients in DEI, especially when working with our clients.
